Got to catch the triple crown and see some world-class surfing. This place was top three experiences for me in Hawaii. Definitely a must see!
Amazing waves good place for the pros to surf. Vans is hosting a surf competition here Nov 25-dec 6 of 2017. Winter has super big waves on the North shore but in the summer it is mild.
Nice sandy beach with warm waters. It is well known to surfers for surfing competitions in the winter. There are plenty of signs warning of strong currents. Coral formations under the water can be dangerous for inexperienced surfers.
Absolutely stunning. You should google beforehand when sunset will happen and go 10-15 mins before for the perfect sunset.
